Confusion in Imo State as Rochas Okorocha's son-in-law win APC's governorship primaries but NWC suspends the exercise indefinitely

There's a bit of confusion in the Imo state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Uche Nwosu, an in-law to Rochas Okorocha, governor of the state, was announced as the winner of the governorship primary election.

Another faction of the APC in the state also claims Senator Hope Uzodinma won the primaries with a very wide margin.

Fresh reports, however, say Yekini Nabena, spokesman of the APC, issued a statement to say the primary had been suspended indefinitely.
